Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

UpWeb is operated by WaveApp LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We collect information you provide when subscribing, purchasing, or requesting support. This may include your email address, optional profile information, product and order details, purchase status, and information needed to deliver and secure the service.

How we use information

  • Deliver and manage the newsletter.
  • Process purchases, provide receipts, deliver products, and manage licenses or access.
  • Measure email engagement — newsletter emails record opens and link clicks so we can see which topics help. Unsubscribing stops all of it.
  • Improve content and site reliability.
  • Respond to support requests and comply with law.

Website measurement

The UpWeb website code does not currently load third-party behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay software. Hosting, caching, and security systems may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic logs, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. Newsletter open and link-click measurement applies to emails, not general browsing on this website.

Payments and service providers

Newsletter subscriptions and consent are managed through our publishing service, Broadside. Payments are processed by Stripe. UpWeb does not store complete payment-card numbers. These and other service providers receive only the information needed to process subscriptions or payments, deliver the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. You may unsubscribe at any time or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing mail@upweb.dev or by writing to WaveApp LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
