UpWeb provides articles, newsletters, software, courses, and other digital products operated by WaveApp LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate subscription and purchase information, and respect intellectual-property rights.

Subscribe only with an address you control. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter sends, but it does not require us to erase records that must be retained for suppression, security, or legal compliance.

Purchases and licenses

Prices, billing periods, included features, and delivery terms are shown on the relevant product or checkout page. Unless stated otherwise, payment is collected at checkout and a purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the digital product. It does not transfer ownership of UpWeb content or software.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility follows the terms shown on the relevant product or checkout page and any rights required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless stated otherwise or required by law.

Content and liability

Content is educational and provided as is. Verify technical information before relying on it. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date and may also be noted on the updates page.
