UpWeb provides articles, newsletters, software, courses, and other digital products operated by WaveApp LLC. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account and purchase information, and respect intellectual-property rights.
Purchases and licenses
Prices, billing periods, included features, and delivery terms are shown on the relevant product or checkout page. Unless stated otherwise, payment is collected at checkout and a purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the digital product. It does not transfer ownership of UpWeb content or software.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility follows the terms shown on the relevant product or checkout page and any rights required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless stated otherwise or required by law.
Content and liability
Content is educational and provided as is. Verify technical information before relying on it. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
