1. What UpWeb is

UpWeb is a free public archive of engineering field notes and a free newsletter. It sells nothing, needs no account, and asks for nothing but an email address if you want the newsletter. If we ever sell a course or a product, these terms change first and say so in their change list.

2. Who provides it

WaveApp LLC publishes the site and sends the newsletter. There is no purchase, no subscription fee and no merchant of record, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Your licence to read and quote

You may read, link to and quote the articles for your own use, with attribution. You must not scrape, overload or interfere with the site, republish whole articles or newsletters as your own, or use the site to break the law. The content stays ours or our licensors'.

4. The newsletter

You get the newsletter because you asked for it, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works at once. Unsubscribing stops future sends; a suppression record with your address stays so we never mail you again by mistake. The privacy page says what we keep and for how long.

5. Content is educational

Articles and newsletters are educational and provided as is. Verify technical information before you rely on it in your own systems; a command that worked for us can break something for you.

6. Changes and availability

We will change the site and the newsletter between issues, and we do not promise that either is free of errors or always available.

7. Warranty

UpWeb is provided as is. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

8. Liability

The site is free. To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for any loss connected to the site, the newsletter or their content, including a broken deployment or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

9. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to mail@upweb.dev first; most problems are settled by email.

10. Changes to these terms

We update this page before a material change takes effect and say so in this list. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
